Food-safety limits
Because sweets and food products are perishable and hygiene-sensitive, opened products and products returned because of a change of mind may not be eligible for return. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging. Keep the items and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Cancellations
Request cancellation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after packing or dispatch has begun. If cancellation is accepted before fulfillment, the applicable order amount will be refunded or released.
Approved remedies
Depending on the circumstances and local law, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. Delivery charges are refunded when required by law or when the entire order is faulty or incorrect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. The current card preview does not process charges, so no card refund can be issued for preview orders.

Always read the physical package before consuming a product. We cannot accept responsibility for a customer relying on outdated or incomplete third-party ingredient or allergen information where the package provides current information.
