Orders and acceptance

Prices and currency
Catalog prices are reference retail prices in USD. Other currencies shown at checkout are estimates based on a displayed reference exchange rate. The server-validated USD total is the order value of record unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Payment
The current credit and debit card interface is a preview: it does not collect card details or make a charge. Orders using that option are recorded as awaiting payment. Cash on delivery is subject to availability and confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown before an order is placed. We do not promise a delivery date unless one is expressly confirmed. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

The Damel name, site design, text, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party brands, product names, and packaging remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
